We decided to drive to Winona to walk around the 3.7 miles East Lake, armed with a small point-and-shoot. Although it was chilly, there was almost no wind in the morning. After spending an hour and half strolling around the lake, we had our lunch at a rather new restaurant by Mississippi River before heading home.
