We decided to hold a small Chinese New Year celebration with Jenny and Andy at our place in the weekend. Our celebration was simple and low key, but rather eventful. It’s always nice to see them and their two tots. Richard can communicate with us in full sentences now while Keith is an avid crawler. We used our New York souvenirs (a double decker bus and a cab) to entertain the tots since we don’t have many toys, but we later found out they were also greatly entertained by playing with Q-tips and baking spatulas
We prepared quite a few dishes, not to mention we had only 4 adults. The food were great and I’m sure everyone gained a few pounds… a great new year celebration. 🙂
